Now our company is harvesting timber in four rayon’s of the Khabarovsky krai, JV "Arkaim" LLC leases forest stock sites with the cut yield close to 800 thousand cubic meters a year which makes almost 10% of the krai total. Arkaim ranks 2nd among the larger timber export companies in the Khabarovsk krai. It trades with over 20 timber importing companies from Japan, Korea and China. We are not only logging and wood processing company, JV "Arkaim" LLC also operates six Arkaim dry-cargo vessels. Without any mediators it ships its own timber to our partners. In 2008 Arkaim marked its 15th anniversary. From a small logging firm in 15 years of sustained work, the company turned into a large diversified enterprise of regional level. Its operation include logging, construction, sea freight operations, transportation, manufacturing of metal constructions, hotel business, trade and servicing of heavy-duty and dedicated equipment.
Arkaim today is:
* over 1500 job positions;
* 330 logging, cargo, construction and road building machines;
* 80 dedicated railway platforms;
* 6 sea vessels;
* over USD 100 million annual turnover. |
