Xiamen New-Tec Integration Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is one of China s top developers and manufacturers of folding/KD furniture, such as tables and chairs, futon beds, bunk beds as well as outdoor leisure products.
With a total floor space of 50 thousand square meters, the factory buildings of the company accommodate the production facilities such as 3 tubing mills, 2 alu. extrusion lines, metal tube processing, 4 powder coating lines, e coating of metal parts, anodizing of the Alu. parts, plastic injection machines capable of producing plastic parts up to 2000 grams per piece, and the assembly lines. The tubing mills are capable of the production of a full variety of round steel tubes ranging from 8mm through 85mm in diameter and special tubes of the same sizes, and the gauge of the tubes vary from 0.5mm through 3mm. The alu. extrusions include series 3 to 6 alu. products, and #7001 series of aluminum tubes of small diameter and thick gauge. The company is the only manufacturer of #7001 alu. tubes in China.The company is also equipped with the facilities of T9 heat treatment for the alu. parts.
The company has a professional team engaged in designing and developing new items, and is especially proud of the fact that about 60% of its products have been developed or revised by this team together with the buyers. Thanks to their talents and enthusiasm, the company, with tent poles as the only products to start with, has increased the variety of products with folding chairs, card tables, KD furniture, tents, outdoor furniture, step stools, desk legs, futons beds, and bunk beds, has been able to offer to the buyers quality new items at reasonable cost every year ever since its establishment, and, as the patent holder of quite a number of patent items of folding furniture, has taken the first place in terms of patent holding among its counterparts in China. The company is also quite good at tooling making. All the moulds, jigs, measurement instruments, together with more than 40 professional metal tube bending machines used on the production lines are designed and made by the company.
Now the company has become the biggest supplier of metal products in Fujian Province to Ikea, and one of the top suppliers of folding furniture to Cosco in China. In 2001, the company started the futon and bunk bed business with Dorel and serves as its biggest supplier in China. The company s other best selling products include series of outdoor items that are mainly for the Japan market.
