武平县云河木业有限公司创建于1996年，总部设在福建省武平县，公司下属企业有武平县南林家俱有限司、广东蕉岭县云河木业有限公司、武平县纤维板厂、武平县银溪林场，本公司主要生产经营户内、户外家具和纤维板三大系列产品，年生产家俱30万套，纤维板7000吨，并建立了10万亩林业基地来确保林业的可持续发展，公司狠抓内部管理和产品质量，争创云河品牌，以生产环保健康的实木家具为主体，本公司于2005年初，通过ISO9001/2000国际质量管理体系认证，并多次被市政府授予“光彩之星、A级纳税信用企业、重合同守信用、AA+级信用企业、先进职工之家”等荣誉
Wuping Yunhe Forestry Co., Ltd was established in 1996. Its headquarters locates in Wuping County, Fujian Province. The company comprises Wuping Nanlin Furniture Co., Ltd, Guangdong Jiaoling Yunhe Forestry Co., Ltd, Wuping Fiberboard Factory and Wuping Yunxi Timberland.
The business scale of the company mainly focuses on fiberboard, indoor and outdoor furniture. It has an annual production capacity of producing more than 300, 000 pieces furniture sets, especially bear chair, for instance, has hit the top of 100,000 pieces per year. When it comes to fiberboard, the company also manifests its huge production potential by producing 7,000 tons fiberboard each year. In order to achieve the aim of sustainable development, Wuping Yunhe Forestry Co. builds a forestry center with an area of 100,000 Mu.
