Taiga distributes building products through fourteen distribution centers across Canada and a distribution centre in Northern California. Our primary customers are building supply dealers and industrial manufacturers. We distribute dimension lumber, panel products, treated wood, engineered wood, roofing materials, moldings, composite decking, polyethylene sheeting, bat and foam insulation, siding and flooring. Taiga also produces treated wood at three facilities in Canada. Approximately 20% of our revenues are derived from sales in the United States and overseas. In Asia, with our trading business presence in Korea and Japan, we are able to prompt sales in those two countries too.
By taking advantage of both selling lumber to China and purchasing finished products from China as well, right now Taiga is selling China with big volume of Northern American species like SPF, Hemlock, Douglas fir, Western Red Cedar etc. Please refer to www.taigabuilding.com for more information about Taiga and products.
