设备用途及功能
本机为专业的实木单板曲面包覆机，可将各种实木薄片、浸漆纸等材料完美的贴覆于踢脚线、门窗套线、楼梯扶手等各种线条的表面，一次完成表面、侧面、底边的贴覆。
Function:
This machine is just used for wrapping the real wood.It can wrap various thin wood or melamine paper on kick board, set lines of door and windows,and railings of stairs. The wrapping of surface,sides and bottom are accomplished in a single process. 设备特性及主要配置
1、机架采用优质钢板精加工而成，螺丝连接，无焊接变形。
2、高精度齿轮传动，电机采用机械无级调速。
3、底轮、压轮均采用铝基硅橡胶轮，耐磨性好，不粘热溶胶，使用寿命长。
4、可调节升降胶箱，胶箱可根据工件的高度进行调节，从而使木皮与工件的夹角最小，更易于包覆。
5、卷纸机构用气涨轴设计制造，调整使用方便灵活。
6、热胶箱、料箱同步加温，可满足大批量生产，无须频繁加胶。

High accuracy gear transmission, the electrical engine adopts mechanical stepless timing. 3. The bottom wheels and the pressing wheels are all made by silicon rubber and aluminum.They are wearable and not sticky to the gule,It can be used long. 4. The gule plate can be moved upward or downward according to the height of the work piece so that the wrapping can go smoothly 5. The paperrolling system is made by airexpanded spindleit is convenient and flexible to use and regulate. 6.
