【主要用料】： （1）面料是座面，扶手面，靠背是环保皮（可选超纤皮，国产真皮，进口真皮），其它部分为厚仿皮。布料可换色，可定做尺寸；
（2）木架采用白桦木、水曲柳、进口橡木、松木等杂木及进口橡木，木质坚实，蒸气烘干，无蛀虫、含水率稳定；高规格加粗木方做骨架
（3）加密弓字簧+牛皮筋+纤维布+海棉+无纺布+坐架布。
（4）海绵采用高密度高弹力整块海绵，经久耐用，不变型；高回弹海绵，坐垫海绵密度：35 -45kg；靠背和扶手海绵密度：20-35kg，完全不含再生棉。靠包和抱枕内填充物采用优质高弹性公仔棉和羽绒。
（5）靠垫，抱枕均使用高密度海棉或舒适棉(公仔棉)
（6）沙发脚： 实木、金属铁镀铬、纯钢。可换色，可定做尺寸；
（7）产品符合国际环保组织的要求；
（8）客户可提出的个性需求,不同档次的布艺供客户选择；
史丹尼原材料保证:
1.包覆面料:纺织面料颜色磨擦度>4级;
2.人造板材甲醛释放量:内部符合GB18580-2001标准E2要求:外部符合GB18580-2001标准E2要求.
3.实木锯材:内部木架应不带树皮等缺陷符合标准要求:外表用料树种应与标识明示一致及缺陷符合要求.
4.金属管材:采用高频焊管,受力部件的管壁厚度>1.22mm.
5.铺垫料:麻 布.棕布 .棉(化织)制品等符合标准安全卫生要求.
6.泡沫塑料:密度座面>35kg/m3.其它部位20kg/m3
7.胶粘剂:有害物质符合GB18581-标准规定.
8.木器涂料:有害物质符合GB18581-2001标准规定.
9.弹性材料:蛇簧钢丝直(3.0-4.0)mm.中凹形(或包布)弹簧钢丝直径(1.0-3.0)mm.
10.本产品绝无使用回收材料.1、Seatsurface and handrail surface are covered with shell fabric,the back of chair is environmental-friendly leader.(can change to domastic leader,import leader and ultra filament imitates skin). The others part cover with thick imitation leader. Fabric colour and size can be changed.
2、Wooden support made by birch,oak,northest China ash，pine and so on.All of them must be sure not only dried and hard but also no board, its water content must be steady with high quality.
3、The sofa made by high quality spring,leahter line,fabric fiber, sponge,nonwovens,seat frame fabric and so on.
4、Sponge：High density and elasticity sponge, no distortion and wear well. Cushion sponge density is 35-45 KG,back and arm rest sponge density is 20-35 KG.
5、 Back of chair and throw pillow full fill with elasticity doll cotton or eiderdown.
6、 Sofa feet: The material contain wooden,stainless stell,iron and so on.its colour and size can be changed for custumers reference .
7、 The products are up to the Friends of the Earth requirement.
