剥皮备料工段成套生产线适用于造纸和中纤板行业的原木剥皮，主要是将原木、小径木等进行进行原木去皮，削片，其剥净率可达95%以上。
The debarking production line can be used for MDF and paper manufacturing industry of debark log and small diameter log. Its debarking clean rate is more than 90%.

剥皮工段工艺路线：
1、原木——上料机——剥皮机进料斜槽——剥皮机——出料机——辊台运输机——皮带运输机——削片机进料斜槽——削片机
2、由剥皮鼓出料槽和辊台运输机落下的树皮——皮带机——能源工厂
Debarking Section Technical Route:
1、Log－Loader－Feed-in conveyer－Inclined Feed－in channel (Debarker)－Debarker－Discharge－Roller Conveyer－Belt Conveyor－Inclined Feed－in channel(Chipper)－Chipper.
2、Barks fall down from the bark discharging slot (including bark fall down the roller conveyer)－Belt Conveyer－Energy Factory.
